Slow Cooker Chicken Paprikash

3 tbsp flour

2 lbs chicken breast, cut into 1/2 inch strips

2 c chopped onion (1 large)

1.25 c fat-free less-sodium chicken broth

1 c chopped red bell pepper

1/2 c shredded carrots

2 tbsp Hungarian sweet paprika

2 tsp bottled minced garlic

1 tsp salt

1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1.25 c reduced-fat sour cream

1. Combine flour and chicken in a medium bowl. Toss well. Add chicken mixture and everything but sour cream to a slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.

2. Stir in sour cream. Serve with egg noodles, orzo, rice, or mashed potatoes.
