Chicken Chili

From Prevention Slow Cooking Meals


3 c cooked and cubed chicken

1 lg onion, chopped

3 cans low-sodium chili beans, undrained

1 can low-sodium chopped tomatoes, undrained

1 can low-sodium tomato paste

1 c frozen corn

3 tbsp chili powder

1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and stir well.

2. Cover and cook on low 8 hours.
