Santa Fe Chicken
From Prevention Slow Cooker Meals
2 cans (15 oz) Mexican corn with red and green peppers
1 c (16 oz) pink beans
1 c low-sodium chicken broth
1 c chunky-style salsa
6 chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch strips
1. Put corn, beans, chicken broth, salsa, and chicken into slow cooker and stir to combine.
2. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours.
